You want to use the law to force a bookie to do business with you, claiming that they are not following the law, if that is the case (it may be) then you have no choice but to seek legal counsel.
I really don't think you will get very far fighting them on legal turf, since if they have to they will find any other reason to not take your business, but you can't really wage a legal battle without an attorney.

we can see that more bookies are OUT LAW exept PINNACLE(surebet friendly)
in my country "when we hide a "fraudster"we will be "accomplice"!!!! I think that is the same with other countries
so when there a complainte the accomplice will have the same or over sanction than the fraudster
BECAUSE
we must KEEP sportbetting FAIR, bookmakers don't make:
1 descrimination
2 violation private life
3 refusal to sell
AND YOU ? you don't want this? you will have more punters buying your software?????
