Welcome Teresa Adam to the GPWA

I'm very pleased to announce that Teresa Adam has joined the GPWA in the role of online community program coordinator. You'll see her here in the forums as "GPWA Teresa."

Teresa has a wide variety of responsibilities, but one of her primary goals will be to make sure the GPWA is doing a good job of providing quality service to all of our members.

So if you apply for private membership or for a seal she'll be responsible for making sure we handle your application in a professional and timely manner.

And if you have a magazine or a shirt that has not arrived when you expected, or a question to an affiliate program manager that has gone unanswered, she'll be there to help.

Previously, almost all of the work processing membership applications and seal requests has been handled by the Casino City online gaming content development organization. The transition of much of this activity to Teresa in her new role will result in more active participation in the GPWA community, and in a stronger advocacy role for honest and ethical behavior by both portal webmasters and sponsor affiliate programs.

Be gentle over the next few weeks, since this is a transition period and between other near-term responsibilities, and the GPWA and CAP conferences in Barcelona the week of the 22nd, she won't be available full-time in her new role until the week of September 29th.
