Default West Virginia lottery director wants online gaming

According to a report by the Charleston Daily Mail, the state of West Virginia is considering legalizing online gambling to try to counteract the loss of the state’s gambling revenue to casinos across state borders.

I can understand a state owned Lottery, but a state owned a casino can take off the fun factor

They also lose on local lotteries, as well. I mean the pan-American giant lotteries Powerball and Megamillions take the majority of revenues, when comes to legailized lottery games, in the United States. Players stop buying local lottery tickets.
For example, New York Lottery recently closed it's local lottery game called: New York Sweet Million Lotto. The reason was losing revenue and players to giant lotteries with giant jackpots.
Americans are crazy, everything must be "giant"
