    Dear ,
Thank you for your email. Unfortunately we have no control over 3rd party email lists and cannot add or remove addresses from them. I am sorry that we are unable to help in your dealings with this party.

    Best Wishes,
    Richard

    So,

Your "official" position is that you condone SPAM!! If you did not, you would so inform your affiliate.

    Dear,
I don't think you understand. We do not condone spam and I will make sure that the party is contacted and reminded of our feelings about this issue. Indeed, we do review who we deal with and it may be that if complaints are received, we might cease business with a 3rd party. However, we cannot control the behavior of any 3rd party organization and ask only that you understand this.

    Best Wishes,
    Richard

I interpret his response that he, in essence, "allows" spam by doing nothing about complaints such as this one.

A "scummer" and a "spammer", what's the difference? :shake: :shake:

Only after my "implied" threat does he even pay lip-service to talking with the affilate about this. Who wants to bet on whether he even does anything? :-?

These 2 casinos, New York and USA, seem to be going out of their way to show affiliates they DO NOT CARE about us or our business. :fire:

    1. To the best of my knowledge, they're the only Playtech casinos that have refused to drop their scumware usage.

    2. Now this? SPAM can be handled by many other means, and I'd advise using them. Report the affiliate and the casino to their hosts and SpamCop.

Any affiliate would be well advised to drop them in favor of the hundreds of other online casinos that *do* want to work with us.
