Default 'What do you want?' Hard Rock Casino Listens

I am in the process of re-structuring Hard Rock Casino's affiliate program and overall approach. My aim is to personalize the building of relationships with you guys and I am interested to hear you concerns, aims, and get a grip on the psyche of a casino affiliate. Things like:

What exposure would encourage you to sign-up? Presence on casino affiliate sites (which ones), and/or other leading casino portals (which ones).

What extras can we offer that help you, your site / network. Perhaps from an SEO perspective or business development stance.

Is flexibility a key factor or anything else you would find important. For those affiliates who help us find our feet the most, aside from you becoming a partner in one of the first programs to be trully tailored to your needs, I guess a BEER and a bite to eat is on the cards (if you live near London). Please note we are happy to customize our affiliate structure to your requirments, within reason, so get in contact and lets have a chat!

I hope under "re-structuring" you mean leaving TradeDoubler. I just can't work through this company .

Hard Rock needs a stand alone affiliate program - working through third party non casino affiliate networks just doesnt seem to work for casinos. I dont like Tradedoubler either - I dont trust their tracking, Im not a fan of being paid once every two months and they lack the resources and marketing tools needed to really succeed. Also their link system is a pain in the butt

IMHO you would be better investing in a stand alone dedicated affiliate system - that way you can give a better deal to the affiliate without Trade Doubler getting their mucky paws on a cut.

They are not good for internaitonal affiliates. They required >50% of the traffic from UK that I can't provide of course. But if you are only UK oriented maybe it's OK for you.
I thought Playtech provides all casinos with its affiliate engine. Hope you would use this one.

I agree with what everyone else has already said. It would be nice
to promote a casino with land-based operations in Las Vegas,
but it's not going to happen.. if you don't have your own affiliate
program, open it up to all affiliates worldwide, and offer a commission
percentage on the net revenue generated for the life of the players.

When gambling online, make sure to look
for the best casino gambling bonuses.

Because I don't live in one of the 18 countries that Trade Doubler allows affiliates to live in I guess I will never be an affiliate of Hard Rock Casino. As proof, click on the "Become an affiliate link" on their main page of the international site and have a look at the list of countries. Hardly 'international' if you ask me.

Sure they might be a European network but everyone knows you don't have to live in an area to promote services/products to those areas. I did enquire with them about it and the said to just select one of the other countries. I guess Austria is close to Australia, but then how would I get paid?

Please seriously consider moving from TradeDoubler. Well worth it as I believe you are missing out on many good affiliates, and not just because of the above reason.
