When I started I planned many languages.
But for the moment there is English and some Spanish language pages waiting in the queue to be published.
It's worth rethinking your strategy at the beginning. I used a plugin which makes every English page have to be translated. So you cannot have for example 100 English and 20 Spanish pages.
Unless you use machine translation. I do not use it, but I see the huge progress of this technology and it is often hard to distinguish between a text translated by a human and the one translated by a translator (not google, I mean other much more accurate translators)
I think in the short term artificial intelligence will displace most human translations. Especially on popular language pairs.

I am Japanese, so I use Japanese. Sometimes I set it up to learn English.

My website is only available in English. I do, however, provide customer service in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
