My least favorite is IA (followed by NetRefer). Lots of bugs, data issues and the support doesn't even seem to care.

Income Access gets my vote, if the commission structure process is so convoluted that even experienced affiliate managers have no idea what to do (which I've experienced more than once) then something needs addressing.
Plus all programs I use are also now 'White Label Portal' apparently after the latest updates.

For sure it's income access. I've never been a big fan of it, as soon as I started using the platform. It was just so user unfriendly.

Income Access they are so bad we wont even work with programs using that software.

Windows recall (but that is put on hold until MS can sneak another form of it back in) after having been caught and the fact that it was compromised within a very short time.

Based on the poll asking about the least favorite affiliate software, I'm a bit surprised to see Income Access mentioned so often. From my personal experience, it's been fairly user-friendly, and their support team usually responds well to serious inquiries.
However, I do see that there are sometimes(maybe more offten lately) issues with data delays, although it's unclear if that's due to Income Access itself or the operators using it. Despite these delays, I generally find the platform to be reliable in terms of tracking and reporting.
It's just my personal take, but I've noticed that other platforms don't seem to perform as well for me, even when there's good traffic.
