Question What percentage of your revenue comes from your top performing affiliate program?

Most every affiliate works with a number of different affiliate programs. Some work with a lot of different programs.

Like everything else in life, some affiliate programs work better for some affiliates than they do for others. And most affiliates will earn most of their revenue from just a small number of affiliate program relationships.

Looking at your revenue over the past year, and the affiliate program with whom you made the most revenue over the past year, vote which percentage of your revenue came from your top performing affiliate program. Did you get 25% of your revenue from that top program? 50%? Or more or less than that. Besides voting in the poll feel free to post the program you've found to be the best for your site.

A little less than half these days. It use to be about 70-80% but I have really tried to diversify a little just in case something bad would happen with the one program. I learned my lesson with Black Friday when UB and AP made up about 90% of poker revenue...........

The percentages keep changing. One month I'll have a high roller in one program, the next month that high roller will be nowhere to be found while another high roller picks up in another program. So in terms of the best performing affiliate programs, they keep changing, but one thing that doesn't change is that there are affiliate programs that will generate money every single month, while there are some programs that hardly generate any money no matter where I list them, or how hard I promote them.

It depends from month to month. But Unibet and Livepartners are 2 stable programs that convert good every month. They both have around 25-30% of the total revenue.

For CasinoCity, there are definitely a number of top performing programs. But because we work with so many programs as an affiliate (we earned affiliate revenue from 146 different affiliate programs in the last twelve months), not a single one of our top earners produced more than 10% of of the total, although one came close. The top program provided 9.6% of our affiliate revenue, second was 6.8%, and third was 4.0%.

I'm a very big fan of not putting all my eggs in one basket, I like to have as many programs as possible to ensure the visitors are getting the best deal, also it puts me off checking every 30 minutes

We have 18 top quality programs. I cannot imagine actively promoting 40-50 programs ...

The top 3 programs go for 35%, 20%, 10% of total annual revenue ...
Meaning that the rest go for just 35% of the total (1%-4% each) on an annual basis.

    And as for 146 programs ?!? - that's no longer a recommendation or advice ... that's surely just a list ?
I think you need to filter out the dross and unworthy partners and start adding some value,

Actually, as surprising as it might seem, it is not just a list. We know of nearly a thousand online gaming affiliate programs, and we choose to work with only about 15% of them. The complete list we know about can be found on iGamingAffiliatePrograms.com. We very purposefully avoid working with many programs, and mark many sites a rogue. On CasinoCity.com we do have a complete directory of the nearly 3,000 online gaming sites that exist, but we only promote a very small portion of those sites, even though the total number of sites we promote is still pretty large.

At the moment it's 40% from one program, 30% from another and the remaining 30% is the rest. Some programs are only like 1-2%.

I think the longer you're an affiliate, the more "diversified" this should be.
