How much of your time as an affiliate do you spend on administrative matters?
In the past I have asked questions like the following:
How much time do you spend in managing the content of your site?
How much of the time you spend on content is on updates and how much on new content?
What percentage of the time you spend working on your sites is for SEO purposes?
A few days ago I noticed Mattbar asked the following question How Long Do You Spend Chasing Payments?
Chasing payments is just one of many types of administrative matters that can take the time of affiliates. Keeping track of income and expenses, managing finances from collections to payments to currency exchange and bank accounts, negotiating and managing affiliate relationships, and handling the administrative work associated with using the services of others are just a few examples.
If you look at your affiliate business, how much of your time is spent on administrative matters? Besides voting in the poll, be sure to post your thoughts about what sort of administrative matters take your time, and also how you rate them in terms of overall importance to the success of your business.
Thanks,
Michael
