How much of your time as an affiliate do you spend on administrative matters?

In the past I have asked questions like the following:

How much time do you spend in managing the content of your site?
How much of the time you spend on content is on updates and how much on new content?
What percentage of the time you spend working on your sites is for SEO purposes?

A few days ago I noticed Mattbar asked the following question How Long Do You Spend Chasing Payments?

Chasing payments is just one of many types of administrative matters that can take the time of affiliates. Keeping track of income and expenses, managing finances from collections to payments to currency exchange and bank accounts, negotiating and managing affiliate relationships, and handling the administrative work associated with using the services of others are just a few examples.

Roughly 30% of my time is spent on administrative matters. The most important thing regarding administrative matters, is to prioritise the more challenging tasks. The most difficult task for me is tax time, especially the end of financial year and it's very expensive all in all a long with the fees to the tax accountant. Sometimes, the government will even mistakes with your tax file and tax return and that can be very unpleasant. Everything else is not so difficult to manage though.
