What time of day do you typically start working?

Most affiliates have a pretty flexible work schedule. After all, many are their own boss. So, do you start work early or late? Share with us the typical time you start your work day.

Share in a post some details about how you structure your work day. How long is it? Do you take extended breaks? Does your work schedule change a lot from day to day?

My wife works 11-7 so we have tea and breakfast together in the mornings. Then I pretty much work solid from when she leaves the house (some point after 10) until she gets back in the evening. With some fannying around during the day, of course!

depends on whether I got to the gym in the morning or not. Today has been a gym day so got home about 10.30 am and started work about 11am, couple of hourse work then lunch and after that take the dog out for an hours walk. If im in the zone then i'll pretty much work solid through till about 5pm and then just do little bits when I can be bothered for the rest of the evening.
If I don't go to the gym then I usually start about 9am or whenever I get up.
I never work Fridays though, thats my day off to go pub all day with my mates, Narborough Arms at midday every Friday

At the moment i start at 7am and tend to work through to around 8pm 7 days a week, but i'm still in start-up mode and that does usually include an hour and a half trip to the pool and a half our break for lunch and dinner.

take it you aren't in Leicester anymore then? used to spend quite a bit of time up Narborough Rd when I used to go and watch Leicester play all the time. I live in Littlethorpe

I picked 9 am as we're in an office environment of course and I generally start between 9 and 10

The schedule is pretty flexible even though it's not totally up to me.

I generally get started by 9/10 am. The day starts by checking stats and answering e-mails. I then move on to lookimng for any breaking news and update my site accordingly. Many days I take the afternoon off and come back later at night to make blog posts.

I usually get up at 6 – 630 AM, so the first thing I do after having a wash is to open my computer. I am an early bird LOL

9am for me - try to work "normal office hours" though so I spend as much time as I can with my wife & my son

I usually start working at 9 am and work until 5 or 6 in the afternoon! I usually check my emails later at night just to check if there is anything urgent. I grab about 30 minutes to 45 minutes for lunch usually at around noon... and that my day!

I don't go to bed before 3-4am my time as I like to be up when Israel and South Africa start their day.I typically get up about 10am and start my work day 11am and go until 5pm then I am back to work again about 11pm-4am.This way I have a good 4-5 hours to spend with the family to break up my day.In the summer though I work only 2-3 days a week and I do not do any of the late night stuff.

I've always been an early riser, even if I've had a late night out I'll be up and working by 9AM. On a normal weekday I'm out the house at 6AM to go the gym and in the office by 8, the day seems so much more open if you can get your emails done before 9, although that rarely happens!

It's always different but most of the time at 10am. There are days I can start at 6:00pm and stay late till 2-3am, it's very depended on what's coming in the next few days. For some reason I like working late at night, than early in the morning.

I have a full-time job now, so I'm only working part-time as an affiliate. During the week, I generally start at 8am and work for an hour (stats, email, reading relevant news that gets delivered to my inbox as Google alerts) before shifting my attention to my full-time job; I spend another hour in the weekday evenings. On weekends, I work a total of about 8 hours across the two days, but don't get up early to do it.

I usually start at 9am and work through to around 6pm, then take a break to relax for dinner and catch some tv with my wife then come back online late at night and get a few extra hours in.

Currently 3am in Sydney and about to get to sleep which is pretty normal for me. And somehow I almost always wake up a few minutes before my alarm goes off each day
