I used to request stacks of 20 dollar bills....then UIEGA hit and I changed my payment methods and became quite happy when they were willing to send stacks of dollar bills.

But that became somewhat problematic with banks etc....

So then I chnanged all my payment methods to rolled up quarters since I knew I could at least still get that candy bar that I have had my eye on for some time.....

But since none of those methods work anymore, I now just go ahead and request that any programs that owe me anything just stick the few copper coins they might have in their pocket and wrap them up between a few sheets of paper and put them in the post/mail for me...

I figure if I manage to save up, although the candy bar is out of the question, I could possibly swing a pack of those Ramen Noodles...

I use Skrill and WebMoney.

WebMoney is preferred, because it offer different rates to change EUR to USD or to RUR and withdraw from wallet to my Visa is 1 minutes.
Skrill is #2. I use it in cases, when WebMoney are not eligible. When I transfer my money from wallet to Visa, automatic exchange rate USD->RUR is not the best and withdraw period is 3-5 days.
