What's The Oldest Piece Of Software That You Still Use?

Recently bought a new laptop and one of the first things I did was to install Excel 2003 onto it. I've just never felt the need or desire to use a more up to date version of Excel and I do all my spreadsheet work on it, but I expect eventually it will come back to bite me at some point.

What's the oldest piece of software that you still use regularly?

My oldest piece of software is probably Total Commander, formerly known as Windows Commander, which looked like the Norton Commander.

Ha. It's a 2004 educational version (must have picked it up during school back in the day) and I use it to import tabular data from spreadsheets for a hobby website of mine (non-gaming). I'll use it for a lot of other random things too from time to time though!

proabbaly winzip or winrar.. nothing has changed over the years that and notepad. paint has been improved though but still the old windows tools from the yesteryears

Notepad. I use it every day. It's a priceless tool for when you need plain text without styling.

And some DOS games...

Notepad for me as well. I really hope they don't ever change it because the simplicity is what makes it so useful.

Yes Notepad is a great shout, easy to forget just how old it is - first version 1983 apparently.

I still also use WS_FTP95 as a basic FTP client for some old html content sites, still does what I need it to do.
