Maybe an offshore corporation is fine to you.
Domain in the name of the Corp with a registrar and hosting out of Sweden.
Nominal Directors (if you wish) and an Attorney Power in your favour.
Bank Account offshore of course.

You need an offshore hosting, change the name for your domain name and open an offshore bank account or use eWallet methods like Click2Pay, Payspark (EZIPay). That's all.

History tells us that governments all around the world have been more sensitive to lottery matters than anything else related to gambling and betting. In other words, private lottery owners and operators have always been more exposed to official pressure; I believe that this has to do with the fact that bureaucrats get more money out of lotteries than other forms of gambling, and people like lotteries because they are simple.
So, probably the Swedish bureaucrats are just trying to keep invaders out of their territory in this case. You will probably have to change your domain because they will use any excuse to get at you. P.T. Barnum had a lottery before entering the circus business; he had to let it go and was ever after fighting the tax vultures, succesfully.
