It does seem to vary a little bit.

We usually have submitted the invoice by the 3rd/4th of the month and payment dates range from the 12th to the 22nd.

Overall it seems to take 13-14 days on average to process over the last couple of years with the quickest 9 days and the slowest 20 day.

Same here, once the invoice has been sent in i usually see the payment hit my account after roughly 4 days

But in fairness i rarely send it in at the start of the month, rather more towards the middle so that may be a factor

Two affiliates 4 days (on average) and one affiliate 2 weeks (on average). How that difference is possible? What method of payment do you choose? Where do you send the document? FAX? e-mail? What e-mail?

By the way, TheGooner, are you sure you are sending an invoice? It looks more like an account statement the document that you have to sign and send. Invoice I guess it should be sent separately

You ahve to look at timings

If they do their payment runs lets say the 20th of each month and TheGooner sends his in on the 4th then two weeks makes sense.

And as i stated i usually put mine in close to the middle of the month and so 4 days on everage for me is about right also.

They ask you to print off the invoice that they create, sign it, scan it and fax it or email it in, thats all.

Be nice if it was just automated like most other programs but thats bet365 for you, they have their way of doing business and i for one have zero issue with it.

Love Bet365, what can i say

Like i say depends on when you send your invoice in

If you send it in on the 26th lets say then its no surprise you will get it on the 3rd or 7th etc

I am sure someone from Bet365 will come in later on and give you a definitive answer

Zillo, I'm nor sure why you want to argue about what an invoice looks like. If bet365 want to call it an invoice then that's what I call it. As long as they pay it.

We receive our payments by international bankwire - so it might take an extra day compared to other recipients.

Most recent payment was 18/1/2010 (for December payments) ... and here are the last dozen payment dates ...

As you can see usually 13-14 days after I submit the "invoice" - but as has been pointed out they may simply start doing the payments at a certain day - so my early submissions have to wait.

Looks like bet365 does not call that an invoice and they call it account statement. You can see that name everywhere (the URL and in differente pages at bet365affiliates.com). I would even say more: I doubt that it would be a valid invoice at least in my country, there is no place to add our VAT Number, it does not say Invoice anywhere, if you have sports comissions and casino/poker/games commisions you will be invoicing two different companies (one from Gibraltar and the other one from England) in the same invoice. Since it is an invoice for a service you have to list all the services their price and the total. Etc. Etc.

I understand that it is just a document where you request all your commisions but the invoice has to be sent separately. Let's see what someone from bet365 staff tell us here

The document that you create from the Bet365 system and sign is the "Invoice" that is mentioned on that output that they want you to sign and "Fax" or email.

Whether it conforms to your view of an invoice or not - this form is the "invoice" that you have to return in order to get paid.

There is no other document required.

    Default bet365 reply

    Affiliates,

Hows it all going, hope you are all sorted for LAC those of you that are going

    Just wanted to clarify....

    Betting account payment

We generally aim to have this cleared into betting accounts within 2 working days of receipt.

    Bank Wire

We aim to prepare a payment run on a Thursday, upon which no more invoices will be submitted until execution of that weeks payment run. There is no set day for execution, as the volume of invoices varies from week to week. We aim to have the funds sent within a week of preparing the payment run.

This can then take a few days to clear the banking system. The longest an affiliate will wait is for the most part 2 weeks, but any issues regarding this need to be dealt with in a private manner by emailing myself or one of the affiliate team directly. We are always on hand to double check payment status for you, so remember to get in touch (mobile/email) if you are unsure where your hard earned is.

Our payments are considered to be regular though not fixed and feedback to being able to send requests whenever necessary is good.

Some of my affiliates like to email their invoice to the accounts mailbox and cc me, just so that I am aware of the payment request as well.

Let me know if you have any further questions on this and as you are all discussing payment stages thanks for supporting bet365!

    See you at LAC

    James

Zillo its not really a discussion because it is self evident as clearly shown when you request a payment

This is what bet365 print on the document they request you to print, sign and fax or email

PLEASE SIGN AND FAX INVOICE TO :
ALTERNATIVELY PLEASE SIGN, SCAN AND EMAIL INVOICE TO:

I have removed the fax number and email address and the capitals are bet365's and not mine,

Zillio with all respect i am not sure why you cannot accept that Bet365 call it an invoice when it is clearly printed on the payment request document that you must sign

So you mean that there are two documents? The payment request and the bill? I only have one document

I am not using the website in English and the document is not in English in that case. The translation is something like "Please sign and fax to: . Alternatively please sign, scan and e-mail to:" There is no word invoice anywhere (nor even a similar one).

We usually email the invoice at the beginning of the month, and they process it in 1 or 2 days to a player account. From there the bank wire takes a couple of days (3-5 workdays). We never had delayed payments from bet365 affiliates.

This invoice is a 2 paged document for us: one for sportsbook revenue and the other for poker, casino etc.

We try to be speedy on payments but it is important on the 1st day of the month to click 'payments' and then 'request payment' followed by sending the created invoice to our accounting team.

I have neither stated we have or stated we haven't.

I was asking for your username, so I can investigate. I can also assure you I am not a liar, if there has been some reason for non payment I will be fully transparent about it, likewise if it can be resolved it will.

But I can't do anything without knowing who you are. So as much as calling us liars in the public arena may assist you in venting any frustration you feel at previous problems, it won't help us sort this matter out, which would be my preferred context for correspondance on this going forward, as it will be more productive.

So, please send me your username so I can check the notes on your account and find out whats going on.

    Best

    James
