hristov encountered some confusion by liasing with a bulgarian customer service representative that is not supposed to advise affiliates due to queries to the support inbox being missed due to the translation lead times.
This has led to frustration hence the posts that have been made.
I wasn't involved in it but have been sent the related correspondance, and have taken responsibility for this problem.
During our chat hristrov was a very nice guy to talk to, and as mentioned in it, personal apologies to him for having had a bad experience. I will sort this out internally as I have mentioned.
It's all sorted now with hristrov and I, and I have asked him to contact me personally going forward if he wishes to do so
