First of all thanks to all of you for participating in our section!

gbc999, I want to remind you about a couple of points regarding our previous partnership:

- Our deal was not a standard rev share. Our agreenment was for a guaranteed minimum fixed fee in exchange of Noxwin banner at the home page of your website, and it happened that I spotted by chance, that our banner was removed from your website, without prior notification from your side.

- Your Noxwin affiliate account was closed upon YOUR request.

In general we are not interested in advertising in your website under the same terms again, because of the poor results and difficult communication.

Regarding the Activity Quota, we do pay all affiliates on the monthly basis without any minimum requirements for new players, revenue quota, etc. I do not think however this is even important about this case, because our deal was not a standard comission deal, you requested your affiliate account to be closed, and most importantly, the results from your website were already negative or close to zero in the final months of our cooperation.

All further coments will be much appreciated and I will reply to you asap.

the only thing I can say is that I kept my contract and now you're lying, I fortresses that I had a banner over a month on the homepage, you say otherwise.

Such were the conditions for a new deal for me from you:

"Hi Rafal,

I want to offer you a special affiliate deal for promoting Noxwin. We are ready to give you no negative carryover and most import_antly, if you finish the month
with negative balance or with commission lower than 100 EUR, you will receive 100 euro commission payment from us. For example if you finish the month with 500
euro commission, you will receive 500 euro payment, so nothing changes. However if for example you finish the month with 50 eur commission or negative balance,
we will still pay you 100 eur for that month. So in other words, no matter what you do, you will get at least 100 euro monthly payment from us in any case.

In return we want you to put permanent Noxwin banner in the home page of your website. We will continue providing advertising materials and special promotions for your players as well. Please let me know what you think.

This deal agreement was suspicious from the beginning,

and from what you wrote, Noxwin do not like small websites only large, and like only superaffiliates

What exactly you find "suspicious" about this offer? We run similar partnership with other sites, with some of them for almost two years now.

Thank you for post, I just want to add some points to it:

1. At first you did include our banner on your home page, this I don't deny. It happened later however - while checking the statistics of our affiliates, I noticed that for many days in a row we do not have a single new registration comming from your affiliate ID, and your statistics being 0 for over a month,so I checked your website to see what is wrong, only to find out that our banner is removed.

2. You have been paid for EVERY month of our partnership before removing our banner without notification. Even in month where your balance your negative, you received 100 EUR as agreed. In a matter of fact you managed to multiply your affiliate payments by constantly playing at our casino, good for you!

3. Your account was closed as per your request. In a matter of fact your affiliate account is the only one in our database which is closed.

Points 2. and 3. can be verified with EveryMatrix.

As a final, I would like to say, we do welcome every affiliate who wants to work with us, disregarding how big or small they are. The only expacation which we have is that they respect our time and our terms, in the same way that we respect theirs.
