In my opinion very poor date planning for G2E since the dates conflict with Lisbon, but am wondering if anyone has plans of attending G2E this year.

I really want to visit G2E but probably won't be able this year. Worth going in 2019 because of the new gambling laws in USA. I see plenty of opportunities in the States these days.
Not 100% confirmed but likely I'll be attending this year. Hope to see and meet many of you![]()

isnt this more for the indusrty? or does it include affiliates also? Im seriously thinking of attending this one but know little about it.. but have a vegas trip on the cards
I would say yes, about 85% is land based. But over the past few years a lot more online developers have been attending. As for affiliate programs, probably one or two.
Last year PLaytech had a large stand for the first time and one or two of the Live Casino operators were there.
As an Affiliate I find it useful for developing new relationships and exploring new opportunities. I know a lot of affiliates that do go, but that's more because it's Vegas and we take the opportunity to get together. I've had many useful "meetings" in the bars late at night.
One or two operators organise things for affiliates. But you have to make the effort and it helps to know one or two people before hand so you can get in with the right groups.

I attended last year and will attend this year.
The event is more for the business and especially for the landbased part of the business. I didn't see many online affiliate things last year. To be honest, I use the event more than all to go business-wise to Vegas.
I went like 2-3 hours to the conference, after that I've seen all. This year I'll use it to make pictures for my websites.
I just want to point out here that if you are planning to attend G2E, or think you might, the GPWA is able to offer free passes to our members. For more information see the announcement I just made in the following thread:
Join the GPWA at G2E 2019, October 14 to 17: Get Your Free Pass Today!

I went last year and got nothing out of the conference, but I didn't buy the pass to the panels either - giving it another shot this year and purchasing a full pass, plus hoping that with the developments the last year in the US regulated gambling industry, maybe there will be a stronger presence.
If anyone wants to meet up, drop me a line.
