Germany still having the best squad than any other team,,, a good combination of forwards and defenders,,, with full of experienced veterans,, like past 3 world cups,,, but still they lack concentration against the big names like spain, italy etc and this time in america its going to be really tough for them to handle the heaT.

YOU brought up england fans singing nasty songs up then said what brilliant fans the dutch are, so I highlighted they can be just as bad as us English. You clearly don't get it.

Personally, if England dont win I would want a massive outsider for work purposes only and I wont be writing nice things about any other country because you told me to lol
"YOU brought up england fans singing nasty songs up "

Yes, because it's an "event" every World Cup in your country and simply the truth and no hearsay or speculations.

Maybe you should read my posts in full and not only parts of it. I was talking about a part of your fans and found nice words to the true England fans.

That's the difference: You are simply unable to write nice words, not only in this thread, but that's not my problem.

No other country than England is using things that have nothing to do with sports in such a big manner every World Cup. Countries e.g. in North- , Central- or South America would never have those sick ideas. Simple facts, I can prove, have done it with one screenshot (https://www.gpwa.org/forum/who-will-...tml#post756424), and there is a lot of more material: Many (!) so called "fans" from England and big parts of your yellow press behave like complete morons every 2 years. You have said not a single word against this, and I make notice about that.

For you hooligans from the Netherlands are obviously much more worst than hooligans from other European countries, Cairo or Antartica, what is utter nonsense. The Netherlands are our neighbor country, and populations and football fans have absolutely no problem to each other. The times are over. We respect each other. The young people celebrating TOGETHER in both countries the games between Germany and the Netherlands.

Maybe you should sweep in front of your own front door.

The Dutch one are the bad one, because of your experience with CLUB TEAM football! Very impressive. After I wrote, that fans from Netherlands are making party 90+ as Brazil is doing it in World Cup stadiums, your only answer was hate. This considerations and that you only can write negative, that says it all.

you obviously dont get it do you, you slag England fans, say the dutch are the best fans but as soon as I highlight they have the same hooligan element as the english and most other european countries you have some sort of rambling meltdown, and again, you bought the english fans up before anyone else did

personally, i love it that the rest of the world hates our fans and thinks the english are some sort of subhuman evil race of football fans.

you can waste your time with another rambling 500 word reply that makes no sense if you want but im off out for the day and wont bother reading it anyway

I have always thought Germany has had the best chances to win the world cup, at least in the last 2 tournaments. Their core is still the same and I think they are a bit more experienced than before. The only thing that worries me is that they lack a dominant forward, Klose is too old and they didn't call Gomez so im not sure who their starting forward is going to be. Does anybody know who has the best chance of having that starting position?

Anyways, my pick is Germany. If not then I think Argentina might get it even though im hoping they dont because I dont like Messi at all. (Real Madrid fan)

It just won't work guys, you can have all the infrastructure in the world but to win the cup you need to actually have talent for the sport.

And as far as I can see, David Silva, Luis Suarez, Arjen Robben, Edin Džeko, Franck Ribery, Mario Mandžukić and the others all seem to be playing for other nations. With English and German players serving as paid labour to deliver the ball to them.

    Good luck

Well since they can't have Mandžukić or Lewandowski, and the Polish guy Klose is a bit old, they need to see what the backup options are.

They can use Kevin Volland, a talented youngster who's not capable of playing as a solo striker IMO, or Thomas Muller. I'd say Muller would be the first choice. After all, he's the 11th top scorer in Bundesliga.

Germany will never win a single title with the actual trainer Joachim Lw. He has no winner's mentality and does not care about the players team positions. He puts defenders to midfield as well as attackers to midfield etc. I think a team from south america will win the cup. Brazil or Argentina. Maybe Chile

Yup yup yup... I totally forgot about Muller! I guess he'll be the one starting at forward. Thanks!

Yeah I guess you are right. I guess this comes down to who has the easiest path to the final.

I dont think Brazil has the quality to win the world cup, they'll get far into the tournament but I just dont see them winning it, even though they have home field advantage.

Then Chile, if they make it past the first round (against Spain and Holland) then they will probably meet with Brazil in the Last 16, so who knows...

Argentina has an easy group stage and I think they could probably get to the finals pretty easily, that is if they dont choke in the process.

Forget Germany,, If we talk about argentina the role of messi is different in comparison to barcelona,,, here sergio aguero is the real threat,, messi will be buzy in playmaking,,, and if they both got support from midfield and their defenders,, only then the results wud be surprising,,

I agree with you, it’s something to do with the weather conditions. Imagine in brazil is extremely humid and this guys are used to training on those type of conditions.

I would love it if any of the South American teams get to be the winner. I come from Chile, so if Chile wins I would be jumping like a Mexican bean.

That may be true, but there is no doubt, our field crashers have the necessary winning mentality.

I think it will be Germany vs Brazil finals...and Brazil will win...but how far do you think Belgium may go this time? There are some hot young talents in that team this year...they may surprise a few?

I don't think Belgium will go far, they don't have character. Hazard is no Scifo. The kid is a huge disappointment to me and a waste of talent.

Well yeah..they lack experience playing on a big stage I suppose...but that midfield has some good talent...and also they have Russia, Algeria and S.Korea in their group..but yeah...I agree with you on Hazard...a bit overrated I feel...

Germany / Argentina for me. From a betting perspective, Spain / Germany both look overpriced because of the "climate" debate

I'm disappointed that Oz is in such a hard group this time around. I don't think they have a chance to go through. I can only hope for a miracle.

My first thought was Germany to win, but that is not based on anything really. Just a feeling.

I wonder if they will bring back the new octopus.
