Question Will you attend ICE, LAC, or Affiliate Summit Europe in London in February 2018?

The largest iGaming affiliate conference in the world is just two weeks away (the London Affiliate Conference aka LAC taking place in London 7-10 February 2018), as is the largest gaming industry conference in the world (ICE Totally Gaming also taking place in London 6-8 February 2018).

This year there is also another affiliate conference, Affiliate Summit Europe, that is focused on the general affiliate industry, and not specifically on iGaming, put on by the folks that run the Affiliate Summit conferences that takes place in the U.S. It is scheduled to take place the same week on 6-7 February 2018. There is some information about it on the Gaming Meets website (Affiliate Summit Europe 2018), including a link to more detailed information on the Affiliate Summit website.

Do you plan to attend one or more the these conferences this year?

You can see the similar poll I posted last two years here:

Do you plan to attend the LAC and ICE shows in London in February 2017?
Do you plan to attend the LAC and ICE shows in London in February 2016?

As you can see, many folks have historically viewed it as quite worthwhile to attend both ICE and LAC. I count myself in that group.

Since we are still fairly new to the whole affiliate business and since London is a bit far away, we are going to pass this year. But will likely go next year and may even go to Amsterdam in July

LAC for us, would like too see the AAC & BAC potentially move to a new location this year. From what we have experienced they seem to be getting smaller and less effective.

AAC will remain in Amsterdam, combined with the EIG-event that was before in Berlin. From what I've heard BAC will be in Madrid this year, but nothing is confirmed yet on the website.

Last year I've attended both AAC and BAC and I agree with you. AAC was planned apart from the events it was combined with before and in the middle of summer holidays.

BAC I don't know why, but it wasn't busy at all in my perception. Perhaps in combination with all those affiliate slam events, it's too much and too much of the same these events.

SIGMA is the best event in my opinion. I hope it won't be bought by Clarion or however that organization might call.

i've never managed to make it to any of these as it's a long way to go and i didn't know Affiliate Summit did gambling when it was over here. Which is best for an affiliate looking for better deals from casinos?

Everybody you need to speak is there and at the conference it's not so much about who's having the biggest booth. Also, less dodgy or rogue brands over there. At BAC or AAC you enter and you see almost half the floor filled with 888, William Hill, iAffiliates, etc., the lunch has a bad taste because it's sponsored by Buffalo, etc.

Because it was close to Berlin, a lot of people skipped Berlin.

While we would love to attend these shows, I think we are still too new to the industry and it is too much travel to get there. We are planning on doing London next year for sure if our traffic keeps building the way it has

The earliest conference I'm going to attend is BAC (or MAC or wherever it is hosted). I was at LAC and BAC plus a third conference last year, and that was rather too much.
