William Hill Adding a Negative 'Bonus' to Account (RESOLVED)

I can now confirm all payments owed have been paid by William Hill and the issue is resolved. My AM managed to get to the bottom of the issue and sort it out so fair enough. They've been a great brand for me over the years in fairness so glad this is all sorted!

Yes, I have had trouble actually following what is happening with these updates. Are they paying international traffic for everyone as standard or is it a unique situation for you and they are still shafting everyone else?

"Going forward all your commissions will continue as usual for new and existing customers without interruption. " Suggests to me that international traffic will be paid moving forwards, yes.

I don't know the answer to that, that is why I suggested checking your account to see if anything had changed i.e. international commission had stopped when you were paid it previously.

OK, thanks. For what it is worth international commissions do still show in my account uninterrupted, though they have been negative all this calendar year, so they haven't had the opportunity to reverse a positive via the bonus column.
