    Dear partner,

We would like to inform you, that following recent regulatory developments in The Czech Republic, William Hill will cease to accept business from customers in The Czech Republic. This means, that none of William Hill’s products will be available in The Czech Republic, though players will be able to withdraw from their existing account balances. Furthermore, affiliates are required to remove all marketing materials from their websites (including banners, text links, etc.) that relate to Czech Republic bettors.
We value your cooperation and contribution and though William Hill is obliged to cease to accept business from customers in The Czech Republic, for the time being, we are confident that we will have the opportunity to work together in the future.
In the meantime, if you require any help or assistance on this matter, please don’t hesitate to contact your affiliate manager or our Team

    Yours sincerely,
    William Hill Affiliates Team

In CZ there is a regulation from 1st January 2017, WillHill do not want to be blacklisted. There is a chance to get licence, but WillHill did not applied. The conditions are hard to fill, new law is more better for CZ local companies.

Now it's a more legal bookies in Poland( at the moment LV Bet, Totolotek, Fortuna, Milenium, E-toto, STS and forBET).
And bookies with Malta license still accept Polish players

As new regulatory requirements come out on a country by country basis they take a look at the amount of work it will take to be compliant, if they can actually be compliant and the overall profit they get from that market. If this equation doesn't add up, they pull out to focus on other markets. I think we are going to see more and more of this. On a positive note, when some pull out because they don't see the upside, others move in.

That is a theory. In fact they do not do it.
Czechia clearly said they will target only bookies that:
    1. Use Czech language on site
    2. Offer betting in local currency CZK
    3. Have local ads

Pinnacle for example has more bettors on EN version from Czech and on USD or EUR currency than on CZK and they do not advertise there. Still they withdrew.

On 24th of April all Ipoker skins withdrawn from Poland. Some big names like Titan (Europartners) or Winner didn't even send a single email to their customers about this fact. Some players were playing their favourite games and suddenly received pop up about disabled real money activities from their jurisdictions. Is that hard to communicate it to the players at least few days earlier?
