Appreciate the feedback - always useful to know that nothing has changed.

Yeah, I have replied them with a link to this thread. Tomorrow I will get photos with professional camera just for fun. I doubt the robot at CS understands what is "affiliate". On the top I think they (CS, bookie, affiliate managers) do not care anyways.

I found using the flash on my mobile, inside, gave a very clear HR photo. I'm not with WillHill, but BP used the same reason, images not clear. Reiterating, using the flash, inside, really does makes the data etc., ubber clear

I'd give that a go (if you already haven't), if they still knock those images back, I'd be calling... Bullsh#t!!!

William Hill was the first bookmaker who reduced our rev share to 5% because we brought them not enough players. From this moment we reduced their advertisement to an absolutely minimum. Other bookies get some additionally links when the rev share remain unchanged.

I'd be kicking them to the curb. They have no qualms in stealing yours and others rightful commission(s), therefore, they'd have no future issue reducing you to jack-squat for whatever excuse they decide to give. Never trust a thief

The absolute worst part is, you can earn a huge negative at the higher rate, then suddenly get bumped back down to 5% and they expect you to work it off at the 5% rate.

They have been doing this for YEARS as I know specific examples where this happened.

WillHill were, years ago, a viable program for small to medium affiliates. However ALL that has changed. The culture, and it seems, the contempt held for the aforementioned parties, has hit an all time low.

Super Affiliates, and or media buys, seems to be the only marketing WillHill are interested in now. That and stealing the rightful income of affiliates they had contractual agreements with, to pay "life time revenue on agree %, for the life of said player's".

When they are unable to squeeze (steal) anymore from the current affect affiliates, they'll set their sights on SA's. Mark my words.

I had a very bad experience with William Hill also. They did not want to pay because I had no longer a valid contract.
They also reduced my commission to 5%. Not even worth the time anymore.

    Oh really?

We have a free spins site in the works and had asked a few places about this and most of those that said they can't have their offers called 'free spins' said they didn't mind being on the site provided we didn't call their offers 'free spins'. I've only mentioned it to a few programs though so far and can totally see this happening.

Anyone in particular we should watch out for that's taken issue?

Yes, correct. Some affiliate programmes over-interpret the rules and we have such bizarre situations. Is this a coincidence? I do not think .. This is an excuse not to pay you commission, or force you to make any concessions. That is the kind of modern blackmail.
