Default William Hill migration looks like a total fail

I am sure most of you found today this in your mailbox. "As you are aware for the past 2 months we’ve been migrating from Netrefer to Income Access. We are now in the final stages of migration and we at William Hill..." followed by bla bla bla bla

This leads me to many question and here the most important ones. Wtf have they been doing 2 months? Can I trust the data since so far I see crap? We all as affiliates are kind of in an IT industry and I am sure most of you know that a 2 months migration is just an unprofessional nonsense - especially when it comes to money. I just can not wrap my brain around this

I'm not convinced my players were moved over at all.

Same here with player migration.. For the last two months only 14 players played - it should be more, at least 3x more.

Total mess, and on top of everything at this date (30 march) they didn't pay anything of Feb from both Net Refer (first 10 days of the month) and Income Access (where the invoice generation tool is not yet populated with any data). At this point I wonder what plans they have...

On the other side they are very generous sending email updates on the migration, reading the emails all looks good but in real life is a total fail.

Late payments, money missing and no real updates from my AM. I removed their brand once they fell behind on payments and so far it looks like it was the right move, pretty poor at converting too, so no real loss.

As well as players, I also had a healthy sub-affiliate revenue, which they have not transferred at all. AM has gone from being helpful and reliable to not answering queries. As with most of these migrations, no testing was done in advance and the whole thing is a pathetic rip-off and disaster. There is only one brand in sports in the UK worth promoting and every other firm is either incompetent or crooked, but most are both.

William Hill are just thieves and rats. Surely everyone knows this by now. I always say it but: The Wolves of Tel Aviv, maybe I'll write a book one day.

My AM is now in London. I think they may have moved the affiliate program away from that den of corruption. Doesn't mean they are any better but at least my AM, when he does reply, doesn't seem like some pushy shyster trying to sell me a dodgy second-hand car.

I have no comment on their program migration, but I do have experience with IA and their software. A long time ago when I was involved with LuckyLiveCaisno and 1LiveCasino we migrated from IA to our custom software. At the time, it was a challenge to get responsive support from their side. Although we were reaady, it took months. Perhaps becuase we were leaving we had issues, but not quite sure.

Regardless, it was hard to migrate the data and keep a continuity. At the end we had 100% fidelity and full historical reports. Not easy, and time consuming but it was possible.

So, with WH, I'd say it is out of their hands and want the migration to be easy for the affiliates. I'd give them a pass.

You forget that they simply did not pay their partners for January, February, and some even December.
Such partners are measured in dozens. But this is all forum blablabla. Everyone who wanted to understand what kind of company it is had long realized that they should not be contacted. But what to do with the people they owe money to? Maybe someone will advise normal lawyers?
