Just saw this on fb. Apparently the entire support staff at Tel Aviv walked out yesterday.

Just saw this in the EGR Newsletter as well. To be more specific, it seems to be the marketing support staff.
Has anyone spoke to their affiliate managers recently? Both of mine are off Skype and I'm wondering whether this is the reason.
Maybe they delayed their paychecks....
Maybe they raised the minimum payroll payment threshold...
Maybe they raised the payroll payment fee...
Maybe they added a minimum new affiliate quota...

If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly (especially small US Affiliate), then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!
Interesting, was wondering why my emails weren't getting replied to.
I believe a number of marketing people have had their emails/numbers stopped so you may find it hard to get through for the moment....Also about to enter a holiday period so a few will be offline for that

So is this a sign that William hill brand online won't be with affiliates united?
I think its complicated and difficult for them and others to comment in a forum at the moment especially being a PLC so I guess people will know within the next few weeks or so.....The contract doesn't end till Dec 2012 though

More stories are popping up about the walkout. According to BusinessWeek, Eyal Sanoff, chief marketing officer of the William Hill Online marketing team in Tel Aviv, has resigned. The article also says that "other senior managers are subject to disciplinary action in connection with 'disruption' in offices there and in Manila and Bulgaria."

The Financial Times says that William Hill executives, including William Hill Online CEO Henry Birch, are in Tel Aviv trying to appease the situation.

Perhaps that will put an end to the endless stream of affiliate recruitment proposals ?
It's not ALL bad news then ...
