    Default Windows Casino Neteller Withdrawal Problem

    Hi Y'all. I need to know if someone can tell me why I may be having a problem cashing out at windows casino. Here is the problem I'm having. When I first played at windows casino, I played on earnings I had earned as an affiliate and therefore had not made a neteller deposit. I had accumulated 30 comp points from playing with my affiliate earnings and It had been a while since I had played for real money at windows. I knew the comp points were there, I just waited a while to redeem them. A couple of weeks ago I redeemed them, and sent verification documents as required and I played and won $100 with my comp points that I claimed. I tried then to withdraw the $100,
    I was denied, so I tried to deposit $25 via neteller. I was denied and told that I would need to obtain a faxback form. I then tried to go to windows casino to download the form, but windows casino site was down. So I went to the chat feature through windows casino software via one of the links there, I think it was the promotions link. Anyway I chatted with someone there and told them my problem and I stated that I could'nt get the faxback form because windows casino site was down and then I told them I had sent scanned copies of my verification documents , so they went and checked and then told me to try again, so I did and I was able to make a $25 deposit via neteller. Then I proceeded to make the withdrawal of $100 via neteller again. Again , I was denied, so now I've e mailed

    and am awaiting a reply.

    Has anyone else had this problem?
    I don't have a playthrough balance showing and I can't find any playthrough requirements concerning comp points on windows casino site.

    I can't help with you exact issue, but you should try contacting Greg at Wager Junction and see if he can help shed some light on the issue, or at least get you in contact with someone who can.

    it. The $100 is the money that I won when I cashed in my comp points before I deposited the
    $25

    You were right that the win actually happened right after you got the 30
    comp dollars. (According to our rules it has a 40 times playthrough.)
    Therefore the wagering is 30*40=1200 plus the coupon $1925.
    Altogether: $3125

    Until this moment from counting the wagered amount from the time of

    Well, I geuss that settles that, I'm going to have to play and hope I win and can play through the requirements. What I hate about this is, I have no playthrough balance showing, so I will have to go on guesswork
    about my playthrough. I ommited my username & real name in the above e mails. I hope you don't mind. It seems that it's better to just deposit money and not claim the bonuses, that way if you win you can cashout without the hassles of playthrough. The comps system at windows casino leaves a lot to be desired, they require you to playthrough several hundred dollars in order to recieve just 1 comp point while other casinos only require you to play $5 or $10 to get a comp point.

    Comp points are allocated to players based on their wagers during regular game play. One comp point equals $600 wagered on Keno, $650 wagered on Caribbean Poker, Pai Gow, Red Dog, Let 'em Ride, Tricard Poker, $750 wagered on War, $900 wagered on all Slots and Video Poker, $1250 wagered on Blackjack. There are no comp points for Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Bingo or MultiPlayer Poker. 2 additional comp points are allocated without wagering if 2 comp points are collected by the player on Tuesdays between 12:00AM and 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time. Assignment of the 2 free comp points must be requested by email.

    No, it was'nt resolved, I played away the money that I had won, a playthrough balance never showed up and I just decided that I would'nt deposit any more money there.
