Winscore is not paying comissions (hiding FTDs)

April was first month for us promoting Winscore casino. Currently we are facing issues with those comissions payments.
So in our dashboard, there are 17 registerations from April and only 2 of those are FTDs. Ofcourse everybody know that this is very strange situation, usually conversation rate is much more higher.
We spoked about that conversation rate with our affiliate manager and he said that its very strange aswell.

Okay, time passes and we are in the middle of May. We are trying to figure out those missing FTDs and get our payment from April.
Also we did little research by ourselves and we figured out that atleast 11 of those registerations should be FTDs.
Our affiliate manager havent respond now for 3 weeks and we have tried everything to contact them, but no answers.

So Winscore is currently "hiding" our FTDs or atleast they dont want to do anything to figure that out.
So basically: They don't pay comissions and when payment day is near, they are not responding anymore.
(Btw we are working with hybrid deal with them)

I think the next step for us is to contact our lawyer and try to figure this out that way.


I just wanted to let everyone know this: Don't cooperate with Winscore if you don't want unnecessary headaches.
The question is, has anyone else experienced similar problems with that brand?

Also if you have any tips that what i need to do in order to figure this whole thing out, let me know

I have been having the same problem with Winscore (Slotamba). The account manager had the audacity to send this message:

Ok, purely hypothetically if I accelerate the payment before the end of the month, what is the maximum position you can give us on the homepage and an exclusive offer of 50% for 3 months Revshare for your affiliates?

Are they kidding!
