Withdrawal delays, non payment and changing rules
Withdrawal issues with GOLDEN CHERY CASINO!!!
I have a $75000 withdrawal pending at Golden Cherry Casino. I was told based on my play I could withdraw $4000 per week. The first week they only allowed $2500. The second week they paid $3000 and then they tried to limit me to $1000. I am told by the rep that the weekly withdrawal limit is based on my prior weeks play level. I've told him I refuse to play on their site until they have paid me out. How can they change my withdrawal amount when his email to me said my weekly limit was $4000? The finance dept confirmed my 4000 weekly limit and after a week without any payment I was paid $4000. Now I have another withdrawal pending since last week that hasn't been approved so it looks like I will have no payment again this week. I've asked for consistency in payout and was told someone would contact me but they never did. Now, I'm being told that if I don't go back in and play my account will be closed as inactive. I just want my withdrawals paid at least at the $4000/week I was promised. Help!!!!
