Antigua claims the U.S. should have to pay $3.4 billion in sanctions for not complying with the WTO ruling on Internet gambling.

The U.S. is crying foul, saying that number is "several times higher than Antigua and Barbuda's annual Gross Domestic Product of all goods and services."

In the end, WTO arbitrators will determine if the U.S. is liable for sanctions imposed by Antigua, and just how much those sanctions will be for.
