    I want to warn you , that CLUB GOLD CASINO is another brand which not paying - better to choose another playtech which paying and have offer with NO negative carryover.

    Thanks for the update here Mickey. This post above puts up a lot of warning signs for a 2 month old platinum partner here at the GPWA. They were just brought on here in July in the welcome thread . Did you have Steven look into this very late payment issue for you?

    Certainly not a good start at all for a brand new platinum sponsor. Maybe a suggestion to the GPWA for future sponsors would be to ask to see their past payment history to affiliates before being allowed to be platinum sponsors here.

    This particular case was a total one off misunderstanding that has already been sorted out and will be addressed on this thread by the Affiliate and Affiliate Manager concerned later on today.

    Please rest assured, that we have no problems at all with paying affiliates, what are after all, their hard earned commissions

    Hi everyone,
    Also we have a lot of problems with this casino.
    We had a flatfee, and he wanted to pay this in March and July.
    They didn't pay that fee. * only in March)
    He couldn't send me the IO, and also he don't know about our agreement.
    Later on he said it was after 6 months. So also this month no payment.
    Now they come with bullshit about not enough deposit players bla bla bla.
    Also i send them 6600 email addresses ( he wanted to do a promotion)
    Never got that promotion, but later on, i heared that they send an email to all that addresses without my affiliate from players.
    I asked him for the e-mail address from the CEO, and he never gave me, only he told me, that his manager don't want to pay the amount.
    I am not sure if he send my e-mail to him.
    Also there is an open amount of 1000$ what he don't want to pay out.

    Never again with this trash casino.
    I don't trust them.

    A reply to Martin's comment:

    Our agreement, signed on 22/03/11 was under the terms listed below:

    For a flat fee of 5,000 euros a year affiliate jpmartin offers


    • a minimum of 20 depositing players per month
    • 3 news-items about Club Gold Casino per week and
    • monthly newsletter to your 6.600 players list (players from Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, UK and US)


    The first payment was sent the same day and it was of 2,500 euros for the first 6 months. We had agreed after the 5th month to release the 2nd tier. However, since the affiliate was only able to bring to Club Gold ONLY 7 PLAYERS in the period of 5 months, you understand that the agreement was broken from him and not from Club Gold. 2 out of the 7 players were fraudulent accounts and had to be blocked and one was created by the same IP address used to register the affiliate account, same house address and name (I assume it is the affiliate who opened the account, despite Martin).

    You understand that instead of the 7 players (even if I take into count the 2 fraudulent and Martin's own) were not enough to cover the 100 promised (20x5months)! It was impossible to continue any form of partnership with the affiliate but only on revenue share.

    The affiliate had been warned about his account status so many times. Every time I was telling him that with these stats he is not eligible of the second payment, he was threatening to post negative comments on the forums.

    Well, here we are. Let the other members be the judges. I have avoided to post any emails or stat reports in order to protect the affiliate himself. However, if it is needed, I am willing to do so.

    mickey417 do you have anything to say re what the Affiliate program has posted. It seems to me that if you enter into an agreement you should deliver or send the money back if you are not able to deliver.

    You end up here complaining and moaning about non payment when you have seemingly not fulfilled your end of the bargain. Unless we are missing something from the below.

    This community normally jumps on Affiliate programs that dont fulfil their end , perhaps we should be looking at doing that with members who Cry Wolf as well , it really does make it a lot harder for the rest of us. Just my 2 cents on the matter.

    For a start, mickey417 and PlayCasino (Martin, signed up as jpmartin) are two different affiliates.

    Regarding PlayCasino (affiliate jpmartin):
    Neither myself or Club Gold Casino has ever asked Martin to return any amount of money. We could have always gone down the route of asking him for a refund but we decided not to. We fell for it so it is our fault. Also, we never stopped communicating with the affiliate despite him threatening us repeatedly.

    Regarding mickey417, it is all a big misunderstanding which we have already solved.
    From the Skype chat log that the affiliate posted you can understand how committed our team is to our affiliates. It is obvious that I was never out of reach, even when I was on holidays!
    I am waiting for the payment confirmation from the affiliate and his final post on here. The Club Gold Casino Partners team not only respects its affiliates but is always trying hard to support them in every possible way.
