I thought America had lost their case at the WTO. Does this mean that America is going to ignore the ruling? Gambling is not an illegal pastime as therefore restricting it ia breach of WTO agreements.

We did, but that doesn't matter, just like the UN, it is there for the rest of world to follow except for the US. We do what we damn near please, but god forbid another country from doing what we do. We tend to go liberate it, LOL!

It's interesting to see that so many great empires grow to rule the world and then go into decline. China, the Romans, the British Empire - there are so many examples. Do you think that America has now peaked? It certainly seems bent on self-destruction at the moment.

This thread might self-destruct if the admins don't like politics.

America has been in decline for a long-time. Just do some research on our public schools. Also, we talk a lot about outsourcing these days, but everyone seems ignorant to the fact that we have been importing brains to the US via work-visas for over a decade now.

The Admin is just busy getting information together at the moment. I'm a US Citizen also and have seen the "writing on the wall" in the US for many, many years.

I think it's a great chance for newcomers like me to pick up surfers and route them to casinos. Surfers are not going to stop gambling because some politician wants to get himself re-elected.

I'm off to find some type-in names.

I guess the biggest worry for American citizens, like me, is if the US decides to arrest us for promoting online casinos.

If they ever get to that point they'll have a HUGE battle on their hands. They have no grounds for it because there is NO LAW, and we're protected under our Freedom of Speech rights. We have the right to say what we want where we want, in the US, and that particular right still exists in full force.

Very very good point Cindy. I never looked at it from the standpoint that our rights are being steped on here. With that in mind, what do we have to do next?
Can all of us make a change?
