Why are US affiliates not addressed in the terms and why do the terms not state anything about how affiliates will actually be paid?

Although the terms do NOT cover it, the info page at
http://www.neteller.com/affiliate/commissions/

states that

Commission payment

Weekly into your eWallet

If in fact that is the only way affiliates would be paid, why then is the fact that there is no way set aside in the terms that US Affiliates could be paid and therefore the program should not be promoted toward US Affiliates ?

Exactly, good questions Rick...I was looking into this awhile back as well but could not figure out whether they do in fact allow USA affiliates or not.

Huh? But you guys are the ones that are pimping the Neteller Program aren't you? ...I don't get it...

Most program managers are the ones that usually answer questions for the programs they are pimping so I reckon I'm confused here...sorry

Also, is the Lee-Ann Johnstone that you listed the email address for above directly employed by Neteller? Couldn't really tell by the extension optimalpayments.com

I've got a question, i received an email the other day reportedly from neteller, however in the cc section there were literally 100's of email addresses including mine, the majority from gambling webmasters. How did that little breach happen? I do not have the email to hand as i deleted it, however it's not the first time this has happened.

The problem I have with Neteller is that after gaining the players from affiliates, they promote to them their their own affiliate deals with other casinos.

If we sign up through the affiliate program, would Neteller come to some arrangement whereby we can benefit from their cross advertising of other casinos? i.e. use our tracking links for the full commission payments from the casinos. They still then get the financial processing, which is what they're interested in, yes?
