I'm having a lot of trouble getting a sales person assigned to discuss vehicles for selling my domains. It's been over a month of trying to get hold of someone, waiting on responses.

If I go with moniker to sell my domains, I'll report how it works out for me.

Moniker is good for when Godaddy doesn't work. Godaddy wouldn't let me register a forum domain name, but Moniker accepted the German character.

I finally got my sites listed, but no offers or other communication yet. They have an auction type thing where I can sell my sites, I might have to try that because their main site has generated no interest as of yet.

Moniker is ok but make sure you pay with a credit card.

I made the mistake of wiring them 3k a while back and the money was never credited to my account and they refused to give a refund.

I didn't want to say anything about it until my domain names were transfered away out of my account.

For the record, I was right in assuming that Moniker in no way intended to steal anyone's funds, but Antoine was correct in his statement that there was a mix up in posting funds sent in.

The situation is being attended to at this very moment, the minute we were made aware.

Apologies for jumping the gun Antoine, I get a little indignant when I think our company is being unfairly attacked. You're initial statment has validity, but the refusal to give a refund thing doesn't stand up.

But I had contacted your company several times the month following this, I got 1 reply saying it was being looked into and asking for more details, and then I got no more replies to my inquiries. I of course decided to move on.

Obviously you are a great asset to Moniker as you got this straightened out within 24 hours of my post.

Albert is also trying to work with me on my handful of domains I'm offloading. My problem really stems from the representatives running the booth at CAC overstating their services for average domains.

It was my understanding I could opt to pay Moniker a higher commission in exchange for active promotion of my domains for sale, when in fact, that is not available for the average domain name.

Apologies again to Antoine for being rude first and then investigating later, and thank you for acknowledging that I did help resolve the situation. You never said we stole money actually, and what you said had transpired up until yesterday was accurate.

Needless to say I have been given feedback by management as to how to proceed, forum wise, from now on.

But it's all good.
