Its ridiculous enough to write a ticket for laughing, but to make matters worse the man is disabled.

WTF! I laugh at least 30-40% of my day!

There is so much crime out there and people disturbing the peace in a big way and they find the time to pick on this guy for laughing too loud.
Laughter is a very health way to release tension and increased your blood flow.
I can’t believe they could give a ticket for laughing too loud, this is pathetic.
