I also did not use any bonus or something like that. Also I believe I did not have a winning account because I remember depositing several times and there is no point of doing that if there were money or winnings on my account. So I wish I could withdraw at least my deposited amount but I am afraid it might be bigger sum than I had at the end :D

26/06/2017, I placed a bet at (1xbet) in the Chinese league (game Beijing Guoan - Jiangsu) that it would end up tied.
The odd was 2.69. I bet 100 Euros. I won the bet. I was very surprised when 1xbet only refunded me with the 100 euros of the bet instead of the total of winnings (269 euros), claiming that there had been an internal error.
If it did, it's not my business, because if I do a mistake when i´m betting, the bookmaker will not give me the money back.
