Market it as free, compulsory gym membership.
That is crazy. I remember when my friends lived on the ninth floor in manhattan and we would walk up sometimes. That was not out of neccessity, just felt like walking up. I could not imagine that amount of floors without an elevator. How are people going to get their groceries up lol

I dont think they'll have much luck selling or renting those high level homes... unless they deconstruct some homes on each floor making room to fit an elevator shaft.
They are going to have to find funding somewhere for the elevators. They are planning to build an unsaleable skyscaper?Quote:

Makes you wonder how they got the funds to do that. I'm not surprised to fund the underwriters went bankrupt.
When moving once we looked at a place with 6 floors and no lift and we thought that was ridiculous - how the heck would you get your sofa up 47 floors?!Quote:

So none of the problems people have on the lower 46 floors are just not relevant to you.
How did they do the internal features of the building without realising?!
I helped friends move in to the top floor of a 6 story building, it was a really old building with narrow hall ways, probably the worst day of my life, trying to get a fridge freezer up those stairs was hellQuote:

But hey come on, 47 floors without an elevator. It's pretty good place to search for track & field talents right there :)
Imagine if it is a smoke free building too, and you want a quick puff.....would make many people become quitters!!
LOL I can see it now, the person after having just walked down 20 or so floors to have a smoke, huffing and ouffing....out of breath having an epiphany...."You know this almost makes a person want to......Quote:

This made me remember the post AussieDave did so many years ago. He had to hire a crane to get a couch into his property....had pics too....Quote:

Well You have to go to work an hour early if you want to be on time when your office is on the higher floors.
