I guess things never change. I logged into our account with Affiliate Edge last week and had a balance. Logged in today and no records found and zero balance. Tried running same reports for previous months and year-to-date and everything has been wiped out to zero.
Very nice affiliate program indeed. Anyone else have similar experiences?
Me too. I had a balance last week, and now it's also zero.
Maybe, that happened to me before, at Affiliate Edge. Seems kinda strange, don't it?
Have you ever received a commission from Affiliate Edge?
The best thing to do is to kindly ask them what happened in an email.
No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.
New platform since a couple of days right? Change your tracker and you see traffic immediately.
Your balance from last week has probably someone other right now :-D
I mean what you guys expecting. One thread after the other since month and you still send them traffic?
People are actually getting paid from these guys?
I'm not promoting them, but I do log into my account every now and then to see if the balance has changed.
Guys they communicated in August they were moving to a new platform. Same platform that Rock Solid Affiliates has provided a testimonial for. You know who Rock Solid Affiliates are right?
Anyhow, please see this thread concerning Affiliate Edge https://www.gpwa.org/forum/affiliate...ay-241544.html
Again, if you have taken screenshots and downloaded any statements prior to the move to this new affiliate platform and can see clearly from the data, evidence of having players detagged, please email me at davesawyer @ bathrockmedia.com
I bet Stuart Ferster and Warren Ferster are starting to have dreams about me now :D *wave*
I am finally seeing some number for this month however all historic numbers are gone including the balance. Tried reaching out to them but no reply. If owed money would still like to be paid out however this looks like it will not be the case. Regardless they are not being promoted and efforts focused on better programs that want to work together.
