Affiliate Edge Reports - Zero

I guess things never change. I logged into our account with Affiliate Edge last week and had a balance. Logged in today and no records found and zero balance. Tried running same reports for previous months and year-to-date and everything has been wiped out to zero.

Very nice affiliate program indeed. Anyone else have similar experiences?

Guys they communicated in August they were moving to a new platform. Same platform that Rock Solid Affiliates has provided a testimonial for. You know who Rock Solid Affiliates are right?

I am finally seeing some number for this month however all historic numbers are gone including the balance. Tried reaching out to them but no reply. If owed money would still like to be paid out however this looks like it will not be the case. Regardless they are not being promoted and efforts focused on better programs that want to work together.
