I don't think I'll be attending either event this year because I'll be too busy working. Possibly next year though.
Looking forward to this and all the parties being held.
Anyone going to the Fire and Ice Party which is labelled as the biggest igaming party? I've been invited but looking at the pictures from last year I have no idea what it's all about!

Def LAC. Will be going to ICE just to pick up the fire & ice tickets.
Nicola the F&I party is pretty cool. They have a theme every year and performers etc to go with the theme. Well worth attending if you're invited.

Definately the LAC for us, if time allows it always worth taking a walk around ICE.

It takes place on Wednesday, February 6th, at the Troxy. Doors open at 9pm. It is an incredible party, and I recommend it to everyone.

Are tickets free but you need to get there early to guarantee entry?
First time since 2006 (I think) that I won't be attending either. Have fun everyone!
I'll be on LAC. Fire & Ice too, if I can secure a ticket.
LAC here, there's not loads for me to do at ICE other than walk around looking at stuff I've never heard of and thinking 'all the stands are massive' and 'that must have cost a fair bit'.
I got lost a lot at ICE too.

Can't be bothered, have been twice and it's just a waste of time. Even if you book meetings there's really nothing to discuss that can't be done via email.
We're going to both LAC and ICE this year (as a visitor) and looking forward to meeting lots of potential partners. We're looking for new affiliates from all the world preferably. Dealwise, maybe. I could save myself a 24 hour flight at least once a year and not go if that's the case, but there's something you get out of face to face meeting you can't get from sitting behind a computer screen. Whether or not anyone else agrees with me is their prerogative I guess. I just feel like the relationships I have with affiliates have strengthened as a result of them meeting me and getting to know my personality - it makes them feel more comfortable knowing the person behind the keyboard, and vice versa. We can come across in a certain way through text that doesn't really convey reality.Quote:
