Hi, First Happy Easter,
I want to ask, do you think comments on high autority sites can help better ranking? Im interested not for just place a link, but for example read the article, analyze it and write short replay depends on topic and put a link of one of my sites. What do you think of this strategy? I found some sites, that are very popular and they has replay field, or place a comment, so im not sure, if this is ok, or not?
No.. it's a great way of lowering value of your site though, Even if you get a small boost in time it will go against you, it's actually the number one negativ e SEO tactic which gives you an idea how effective it is

For a starter site it is effective though, to get some traction going. But it should be a very small % of overall backlinks.
You should definitely submit well-researched comments that help the conversation. As for the effectiveness, it can vary. It was ok on the early stages of some projects. That shouldn't be your primary strategy, tho.
I am of the opinion that any well researched, well thought out, non advertising, lengthy, non-keyword-stuffed, genuinely helpful post left anywhere with a link back to your website can be helpful. Whether no follow or do follow or whatever.
With that said, why bother? Create the content on your own site instead in most cases :)

With 19 years exp in this gig (got to be doing something right), I can say with all honesty, I've never, ever, become obsessed with over analyzing SEO strategies. Instead, I've followed SEO basics since day dot.
I've tried outsourced writers. However, while the briefs supplied were followed, the content supplied was nothing special. So I returned to writing my own stuff; least I know with 100% certainty it's not re-spun!
My philosophy is... If it's helpful to your visitors, write it. If it can help others, do it. Reiterating, got to be doing something right ;)
It helps if you have real comments and not spam on your site. If you allow real people to comment and what they write adds value (questions, opinions, humor) then it will help your site because more people will bookmark it, and return to it.
I wouldn't do this if the goal is backlink but if the goal is interacting and getting recognized as an expert in the field or articles/blogs you're commenting to, then you can probably do this.
After establishing presence you can then probably share your links also.
If your main purpose is to get only a link, you should avoid this shady tactic. But if you add value with your comment to visitors and readers, then why not.
There's certainly no harm in leaving relevant comments on topically relevant sites, but I wouldn't expect any big results for SEO from it. To follow up on degen3's comment about using it t start with, yeah it could be a useful way to get your Ahrefs/Majestic/Moz scores up if you were looking to do link exchanges as well.
If you can get a comment link from a high authority, relevant site, then I'd do it. Comments links should of course be a very small percentage of your overall backlink profile.
