Where do these judges get off telling people what they can and can't do. The law is in place to stop the things we do having an adverse effect on others. What we do with our own money is our own business.
That is really too bad, I was hoping for some change.
Ahh, the Feds stepping on states rights...Who needs a constitution ?
The appeal court getting involved comes as no shock as the US continues to regulate what and who can bet.
