    Default Federal Court of Appeals Rules Agains Del. Sports Betting

    Delaware was hoping to legalize sports betting so they could accept bets in time for NFL. Federal Appeals Court just shut them down, as per CNBC at 1:55pm ny time

    Where do these judges get off telling people what they can and can't do. The law is in place to stop the things we do having an adverse effect on others. What we do with our own money is our own business.

    The appeal court getting involved comes as no shock as the US continues to regulate what and who can bet.
