Based on what you said about not having to re-prove myself, I feel differently and I'm committed to making it work and work well. I know the team behind the company and I know they are all capable of performing to a very high standard so that stands us in good stead from the start. If it's not me that needs to prove myself then the company will over time, given the chance. :)

Gooner is obviously right - that's true regarding every private company. Nevertheless, good/honest people are usually discriminat-ive while picking where to work (especially after being burned in the past). nothing is 100%, but let's say they pass the company part of their reputation.

Obviously not talking about this specific case :joy:, but hypothetically...
