How to advoid duplicate content

I want to add a section of rules to my sports betting site how I can advoid being flagged by duplicate content if I add that information.

Rewrite, copyscape check, rewrite, copyscape, rewr... well.. you get the picture..

ouch thats too difficult, some sports have a big list of rules. I was thinking in doing it with an image.

Hmm... Go with the rel=canonical tag then.. might work

Thats a new term for me. I'm working in my first wordpress site and I'm kinda a lost but I will try your suggestion. Thanks

Google it, it's a meta tag if you need it on a whole page.
Hmm.. Wordpress, search for plugins.

I will do that thanks
