How to advoid duplicate content

I want to add a section of rules to my sports betting site how I can advoid being flagged by duplicate content if I add that information.

ouch thats too difficult, some sports have a big list of rules. I was thinking in doing it with an image.

Google it, it's a meta tag if you need it on a whole page.
Hmm.. Wordpress, search for plugins.
