Personally I am not too much of a facebook or twitter user and to be honest I would gladly delete my accounts. The thing is that I really think in online marketing its a must nowadays in terms of branding etc. I dont think you can have a facebook page for your website without a personal account?! If there is a way, tell me. :D
What are peoples opinions on the pros and cons of having a facebook page that reinforces the exsistence of their affiliate money making sites? To people feel that it is necessary and worth doing, and if yes, how frequently is it necessary to update the page with relevant content?
I'm really not a fan of social media, I use it mainly for business purposes to set up pages and website profiles:) I find twitter a good way to interact with your users. Kinda the new forum base.
Facebook have turned more spammy and doesn't really allow you to interact with your page likes without putting in more and more ad money. Groups are probably better marketing tools these days.
I use social media account regularly. I have lots of social media account especially Facebook.
I mainly use Facebook as a login service for other sites. Instagram I use on a daily basis.
Not much time at all. I have deleted my FB account. I just can not be arsed with it anymore. Unless it's for work and then we have a number of Facebook ads in the pipeline. I haven't tried Twitter ads before, has anyone else?
I spend much time on social networking sites.
I spend quite a lot of time on social networking site. I don't like it and I'm trying to get it out of my life. Or at least reduce the time of use to a minimum.
SNS is about 2-3 hours per week.
Basically, I spend my time improving the contents of the site.
I don't use social media networks that much. I don't have a personal Facebook / Twitter account. Mostly I read wisdom and spirituality quotes on Instagram, and I think that's it. I'm putting distractions aside and concentrating on more productive work.
20 min a day tops (10 of these are in LinkedIn)
I spend a lot of time on FB, I use it for work, it serves as an advertisement. My work is networking, so you could say I'm on my computer 24 hours a day.
I'm terrible at this part of the business , I spend more time on my wordle than social media for the business lol
Must say it's less time now than it was a few years ago.
In particular I use facebook far less than before, maybe logging in once or twice a day if there's notifications but hardly any proactive posting now. Sample of 1 of course, but I hear similar from friends - perhaps the Zuckerberg bubble is starting to burst.
For personal use- maybe 30 mins per day.
For work - 1 hour ish. It depends on the day.
Probably 20 mins or so in total each day for a catch up.
I mean easily around 4 to 5 hours because we keep checking it almost all the time these days
That is not too bad actually 20 minutes
Quite interesting actually
Less time. Does this mean like 30 minutes or so?
Hmmmm that sounds like a diligent worker to be honest
Now that is a truthful answer here for advertising and other things but I am sure you are also checking other friends and what they have to share on FB after all we are all human
I usually spend 30 minutes to an hour maximum in a daily.
According to my phone - about 4 hours a day (and it`s not maximum). But only because it's work related
