Hi :joy:

Only to be actively promoting one of our brands :)

Our revenue share structure does carry NCO, however, if you have a winner that his killing your commission  we are happy to look over it with you in order to decide if we remove the player from your sheet or not, we are always looking to take care of our affiliates :D

If you have any further questions please let me know, i'm always happy to help.

Hi. What's the software at mybcasino.ag? I see Betsoft, so far. Is there a download option for players? And a direct download link for affiliates in the backend?

It's a good sign, that you does not hide that Callie, also in personal replies.
Here is the "original":

"Negative Carryover:Yes - Option to limit negative carryover: If a player wins a huge casino jackpot or parlay, the negative carry can be removed from the affiliates account by removing the player from affiliates account. The player will not be returned."

Source: https://www.gpwa.org/affiliate-program/web-partners

The old Negative Carryover term was changed and is void and invalid, what is a great progress and makes affiliates happy. Here is the old term:

"4. Revenue Sharing, Fees & Payment
[...]
5. Negative earnings are carried forward to the next month in the Sportsbook, Casino and Racebook."

Yes, unfortunately, your term website ( http://webpartners.co/terms-conditions/ ) does no longer exist, but there is a link to that non existing terms at the sign-up page, and because affiliates officially agree with the terms when they sign-up, there is an obligation for having such terms. Can you please fix this?

Hi Callie,

I have now checked your terms, and with teeth chatter I see, the negative carry over term is still there:

Revenue Sharing, Fees & Payment: "Negative earnings are carried forward to the next month in the Sportsbook, Casino and Racebook."

???

Hi Leopold,

That is correct, like i said on my answer above "Our revenue share structure does carry NCO, however, if you have a winner that his killing your commission  we are happy to look over it with you in order to decide if we remove the player from your sheet or not, we are always looking to take care of our affiliates "

If we do adjust the players to avoid NCO, we would adjust the balance on the account as well so it doesn't look negative anymore.

Best regards,

Hi Callie,

your public statement does not match with the term, and only the term is valid at the end. The term says, that there is a general negative carry over and not only for high rollers.

So please remove that term and replace it with a high roller policy which does match your statements.

I think, that this can be done within one day. I personal would need 8 minutes for the change.

The terms are part of the contract and because this is a legal business cooperation, the terms must be correct.

Hi Leopold,

We have added what i stated above to our Terms and Conditions now.

Have a nice day

Thank you for adding a clarification in the term.

If I am honest, and I always am, I am not satisfied, because the sentence "Negative earnings are carried forward to the next month in the Sportsbook, Casino and Racebook." is still there, and so on the printed terms a general negative carry over is active. Due to your added words, this sentence can [and must] be removed, because the addition itself is some kind of a financially non specific high roller negative carry over term.

However, here is now the new term at his moment:

"Negative earnings are carried forward to the next month in the Sportsbook, Casino and Racebook. If a player(s) generate negative earnings, they can be removed at the affiliates request to adjust the balance in the affiliates favor. Players who have been removed from affiliate earnings will not be added back for future commissions."

I tried my best, polite and legal based and leave the judgment to the audience.

Leopold

So, one week is over.
No reply.
No removal of that sentence.
Your terms still says clearly, that you have negative-carry over for everything.
Perhaps it's a matter of incompetence, you are just lazy, or there is a reason to let this sentence alive at all costs, what I believe, is the true core.

Hi Leopold,

All of our current affiliates are happy with the way we help them handle each account, we really treat each affiliate as an unique case, we are always here to help our affiliates, i'm very sorry that you feel this way but we would never to anything to harm our affiliates, as you may understand all affiliate accounts are different and we are always looking to do what's best for our partners.

If you have any other questions regarding our program let me know.

Thank you and have a nice day

"all affiliate accounts are different"

And one more example for this weeks "Better People" statements from representatives.
I have to disappoint you, because all affiliate accounts are equal in the first place, because they are subject of the same terms.

This is your term now:

"Negative earnings are carried forward to the next month in the Sportsbook, Casino and Racebook. If a player(s) generate negative earnings, they can be removed at the affiliates request to adjust the balance in the affiliates favor. Players who have been removed from affiliate earnings will not be added back for future commissions."

In clear words: The first sentence is a backdoor for a general no negative carryover for everything. Then your term says, that any (!!!) negative earnings, regardless if -$1 or -$1,000 can be carried over [unless the direct pressure or psychological warfare on the webmaster is successful, so that the webmaster agrees to remove that player from her/his account].

Moreover, the player will never return to the account of the webmaster again, and so all the money and the revenue share, that this player generates later after his cashout, when he comes back, all this money takes the program for their own wallets.

It is not only a very smart negative-carry over trick machine. It's also a nice term to put any winning player [legally] out of the webmasters account. So the program do not need to pay any revenue share in the future.

Example?
A player wins $3,000.
The program says, either we remove that player from your account now or you have to wait a very long time to earn something again, because we put that money on negative carry over.
The webmaster agrees.
In reality he has no choice.
The player will be removed and is lost forever.
But no surprise, the winner comes back and make one deposit, two, three, a dozen.
Lady Luck is no longer with him, and he loses $16,000 during the next 3 months.
The webmaster?
She/he will earn not a single Cent, because the program takes it all.
And the webmaster has no knowledge about how much money she/he lost, because the player is removed and with him all statistics.
Very smart, right?

This is the simple truth.
Not every nice sounding word is well meant.

Leopold
