Outcome with C-Planet and me

It has come down to C-Planet not giving me any realistic method to cashout on my account.

1-They changed without warning the way they can pay. Only in euros.
2-I requested since I can't be paid this way to close my account and pay me my balance of $97.01.
3-Sure we can do this but it has to be in euros (sound familiar like quicktender).

7-How many other affiliates are not getting paid their balances and will be closing accounts?

When did c-planet start paying ONLY in Euros? (the Euro is dropping in worth faster than a hookers drawers)

This is the first I have heard of this... Unless your owed money from Euro City... From what I understand, if your owed money from Euro City, it is not C-planet that will be be paying you, it will be the owners of Euro City.

I just shot off an email to c-planet, I want to hear what they have to say about paying ONLY in Euros... How are they going to pay US players, their biggest market?

This does not sound right/good to me.

Anyone from C-planet... Now would be the time to say something...

The last payment I received (after that email was sent), was paid in Euro's and then converted into Dollars by my bank. ;)

If you're still having problems in a few days, you can use my MB account and we'll get it to you by PayPal or whatever works.

Hi All,

The rumors are true - C-Planet is paying out in Euros. We made the switch several months ago and was sure that we had worked out all of the kinks in the system.

I will post here exactly what I responded to Lots0 in his e-mail. We are a European company. The best way for us to send payouts is in Euro. We are not opposed to discussing options for payments.

In this specific case sending an individual payment in USD would have cost the affiliate about half of the commission in fees. To avoid this we would send the payment out with the batch of commission payments - but it would go out in Euro. OR as you see I suggested she find a friend with MB or Neteller which would sidestep the issue of fees all together.

Any other problems with payments should be sent directly to me sara@c-planet or to support@c-planet. In addition, you can catch me on skype most of the time sara.brook8.

The program worked well for both my current payment option (bankwire) and previous Neteller transaction (we had to change because of my Neteller account was not safe again for us).

After Black Friday, I get a little nervous when payments are in question.

As far as Techwoman's problem, it looks to be the problem is that the amount is under the minimum, payment level.

@techwoman at least c-planet is working on paying you... a lot of RTG's would just tell you to F- Off over a payment under their minim payment level.

Well I wouldn't say months Sara, my email from C-Planet is dated March 14th, which I would say was only less than 2 months ago.

By the way, as soon as I received this email I had stared writing to you about it.
I should have been able to make my choice and cashout before there would be conversion fees.
But no, it was sprung on us without warning.

I have been very angry with them several times myself.
So I do get where your coming from.

I guess I just don't understand why them paying in Euros has you so upset.

Most US banks will do the conversion from Euros to Dollars automatically at no charge to you.

As far as I see the only 'problem' with being in the US and getting paid in Euros is the exchange rate fluctuation, that may or may not be in your favor at the time of the transaction.
