PKR Casino is hiding "processing fee"

To review the PKR Casino Bonus I deposited money into my new PKR Casino account and after losing half of it quickly I decided to withdraw the rest of my money. Now PKR Casino was warning me in the last minute there was a $2 "processing fee" for withdrawal under $50. At PKR Poker this is $1 (double cost for Casino players?) but ok. In the confirmation they sent me there was however a $1 fee mentioned, but a $2 fee deducted! The text in the confirmation email again states $1 fee is deducted. Why is PKR Casino hiding their fee?

I have uploaded the screenshots here:

Reaction from PKR please?

Hi

There is a difference between deposits and withdrawals. The withdrawal fee for any withdrawal under $100 is $2 whether it is poker or casino (as it’s the same cashier). The deposit fee for any deposits under $25 is $1, whether it is poker or casino (again, it’s the same cashier).

Which is shown on the site here; http://sales.liveperson.net/hc/s-109...06&action=view

The email you received was incorrect, and we have now correcting the email template.

Apologies for the confusion.

Thank you for the quick explanation! I am happy the email template is being corrected as well.
