2) After spending over huge amounts in media buying over the years in many verticles (not only casino), I don't think I'll give out specific stats (unless we become friends and work together... LOL) as I spilled blood to learn what works, but even what does work, is not 100% perfect. I can give you few clues if we chat on skype.. but in anycase you will not be able to leave an ad there for long, you will have to change and optimize it all the time.
the idea in media buying is to think like a Geologist that is looking for Gas and Oil, investigate before you invest. (the adnetwork or using tooks like whatRunsWhere.com).
in casino media buying you MUST start with CPA (not rev share) when buying media, to fund the ads.
if it works - increase the volume slowly.
