Mate you are way off base on this one. I was an affiliate at one point. Simmo is an affiliate. Webzcas is an affiliate. We are or have been mods at CM.Quote:

Whether CM is going to speak about the GP issue or not, is no reason to jump all over the guy.
Fact of the GP matter...
It took place in 2008. Practically two (2) years for everyone to get their collect sh!t together and rally for eCOGRA to do something about it.
eCOGRA asked for people to lodged claims again GP.
Out of the 100's if not 1000's of affiliates who were purported as being screwed over by Grand Prive, the actually dispute submissions received by eCOGRA totaled 75 or so...
Instead of acting like sookie la la's and trying to blame others, you should have banned together and taken a class action out on GP.
But as always, it's pages and pages of finger pointing, blah...blah..blah and nothing gets taken care of here, again!
And most of you wonder why you get shafted by aff programs :evillaug:

When i read words like.."affiliates don't care about player all they care about is their pockets"....tells me that this forum is not affiliate freindly. When i am there i am afraid to post sometimes because i do not want to be yelled at for my opinion because I'm an affiliate,but i am also a player..
Once again Betpartners, you are sadly lacking in the "history". His statement was made because he had advised about GP going down quite a bit before this current situation came about.

As a frustrated advocate, I am surprised he said what he said so nicely. I know I couldn't.
Anyway, I am not looking to fight here or anywhere else. I just wish people would take the time to "catch up" on the forums before they decide to take a stance on things.

Dave, that post is just begging a reaction, you could have said something along the lines of, if you look at this thread or look at this forum, or research here you will see this, and then end it without the last sentence which is actually rude to giggles.
Your post is simply going to generate an agressive response. Sorry to vent but I am getting sick of seeing people post agressive posts that they would never say in real life. Anyone here who works hard, goes to conferences and meets people will surely be able to put themselves in exactly the same position that Casinomeister as - this I am 100% certain of. There are other webmasters out there which command high respect with various operators because they work hard and deliver results as well - Casinomeister is but one of these people.
If you deliver good traffic to ANY operator - ask to meet with them and see what they say. In our case we were just early in the game, so instead of having to ask operators, they lined up to see us!
I am obviously not a big affiliate any more - but I remember just how hard I had to work to get there. And today you have to work even harder because the competition is much more fierce - but being told that we are "exclusive" "clan" "clique" whatever just isn't true.
